どちらかというと猫派で、時々写真をとっている。今回は学内に多く住んでいるネコ達の写真をたくさん賞味いただきたい。
比較的古い建物の多くは、レンガ造りの綺麗な塀が備わっており、その上を我が物顔でねこたちが闊歩する。 いつもは一人で、たまに仲間たちと一緒に。知らない生き物から目を向けられると警戒するのはあたりまえだが、 だいぶ馴れた目つきで、またか、と振り向いてくれる。
餌やりは実際には禁止されているが、近所のネコずき人が毎日餌をやりにきているので、 餌やりスポットには定時になるとねこたちが集まってくる。
はじめの写真はゴミを漁るねこさんであるが、うまく餌スポットにありつけないと、日々の食料にも困ることになるので大変だ。
暖かい日の昼過ぎは、ねこたちもひなたぼっこ。虎ネコは以前飼っていたネコによく似ていたのでばしばし撮ってしまった。 ただ、しっぽはこの半分くらいの長さしかなかったが。
なかなか近寄って撮らせてもらえないので、遠巻きの撮影が多いが、うまく心が通うと近づいてもきれいに撮らせてもらえる。 2番目のネコは、今はない旧内科研究棟の中央玄関から中を覗く場面。いつも可愛がってくれる人がいるのだろうか。 たまに中まで入ってくることもある。新棟になってからはカードキーがないと入れないので、ネコも入れなくなった。 ちょっぴりさびしい。
